bougie is fancy, there is nothing fancy about the nasty looking lunch.

@Willow2025 I think it looks delightful. The only thing I would say is I don't like my steak cooked well-done that way. I prefer juicy medium-rare steak.

@Jokersswild I prefer it that way too, but it was a thin roast. It was still very tender though!
