@Vin53 I mix Ritz cracker crumbs with shredded parmesan cheese in a plastic bag, put the filets in the bag and shake it up, then put the filets on a greased baking dish.

@Vin53 I know some people do it that way, but especially now with the egg shortage, I don’t.

@Jexie fun fact: Caesar Salad isn't Italian, it's named after the chef who made it, who was of Mexican descent.

@DrWatson oh. My bad. Wires got crossed there a bit. I blame being corrected on the pluralization of cannelloni too many times as the source of my repressing that info.
