Tonight, shredded Brussels sprouts and baked parmesan cod.

@bijouxbroussard How do you prep for the baked cod?

@Vin53 I mix Ritz cracker crumbs with shredded parmesan cheese in a plastic bag, put the filets in the bag and shake it up, then put the filets on a greased baking dish.

@Vin53 I know some people do it that way, but especially now with the egg shortage, I don’t.
