@BrandNewMan man, there is no good BBQ place here up in the North :((((
But honestly, with BBQ, even the worst is not bad. Just very expensive because there's not a lot of shops.

@LadyInBlack Limited options where I live now, so I do make my own more often than not .. get a smoker run going and make sides, do yard work, wash the truck, etc while tending to it.

I've had good bbq more readily available before and it was my go to at the time.

@LadyInBlack I make huge pots of it, in advance, and that way I always have some in my freezer or fridge.

@cherokeepatti It's a riff on Tuscan bean soup. I use a base of chicken bouillon, condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk. To that, I add a can of turkey seasoned collard greens, 2 cans of Northern beans undrained, and 2 cans of light red kidney beans OR pinto beans, and 6 hot Italian sausages baked and then diced very coarsely.
