You should eat some carbs, just not the ones we get from white flour, like bread and pasta. Sugar from fruit is ok, but not cane sugar.

There is even sugar in some baby food, because babies love the taste! However, if Mom's never allow their children to eat sugar in their diet, and stick to fresh fruits, their children don't CRAVE sweets.

We call it the holy trinity of processed food. Sugar-salt-fat. Without one, two or all three it would be so bland that no one would buy it. For foods that naturally lack all three it gets added in processing. Foods labeled “low fat” usually mean high sugar or high salt. Foods labeled “Low sodium” (salt) means high fat or high sugar.
