What do I eat most often ? fat free greek yogurt, scoop of protein powder, berries, walnuts

I eat when I'm hungry and that's usually well after the morning. But, I do occasionally enjoy an egg scramble with some laks and cream cheese, a few capers sprinkled and some finely sliced red onion. Might add some slices of avocado for color.

Though the best breakfast I ever had was Lobster Benedict in Pawtucket, RI.

2 eggs over easy, country ham, grits, toast, OJ, coffee. But I usually just have raisin bran, OJ, coffee.

I usually eat cereal but i heard it's not a good idea weight wise .. my meal habits need reformed i guess 😳

My favorite is biscuits and sausage gravy. For the people around the world who haven't had it, the best description I've ever heard was from some Brits trying it for the first time when they said: "It's like a warm hug for your mouth."


A close runner up is French Toast. Not sure how well known that is around the world or maybe it is called other things. It's a thick-sliced bread that is washed in egg that has been beaten with vanilla, cinamon, and sugar with some folks adding nutmeg. It is then pan fried and served with maple syrup.

My favorite is scrambled eggs, grits, turkey bacon. But my typical breakfast is oatmeal with almonds, apple slices and cinnamon tea.
