Do you like fried chicken 🐓?

I hate to be a party pooper, but no, I really don't like fried chicken. The skin underneath the fried coating is usually rubbery, and VERY disgusting. I can't eat it. I used to LOVE my grandmother's fried chicken, though. The only coating was a dredging of flour, salt and pepper, and it was SO delicious! I think she used to add bacon fat to the cooking oil.

Done properly, I LOVE fried chicken. Sweet tea or beer with it.

I love chicken. Unsweet tea for me, and I think next day left over cold fried chicken (with salt) is the best lunch while I am fishing

My girlfriend had to pass the fried chicken cooking test before I would marry her. She did well. Only with iced tea, sweet or unsweet.

Nah, I'm generally a baked chicken guy. I do make an exception for air fried chicken though, that hits the fried chicken spot just fine.
