I hate to be a party pooper, but no, I really don't like fried chicken. The skin underneath the fried coating is usually rubbery, and VERY disgusting. I can't eat it. I used to LOVE my grandmother's fried chicken, though. The only coating was a dredging of flour, salt and pepper, and it was SO delicious! I think she used to add bacon fat to the cooking oil.
