Hard to choose just one but it needs to be homemade. I make a good tomato meatball with rice & cinnamon soup that we really like. Roll those meatballs out small and serve with grated cheese.

@NativePortlander1970 Yes and I put quite a bit of it in those meatballs. The boy loves this soup. Knew a lady who made stuffed peppers with lean ground meat, minced onions, raw rice and cinnamon for the filling. She slow-cooked them in a saucepan with tomato paste and water. They tasted so good I thought I would make meatballs out of that filling and put them into tomato soup.

I don't make/have soups enough to say really. But I know there are so many that are extremely good that I rarely know about or eat.

I know I do love a good chicken broth with extra black pepper when my throat is sore though.

My go to is probably hot and sour though.
