a fine Italian restaurant probably has the best Osso Buco.. veal shank cooked in a red wine reduction. one of my favorites

@sugarpie they all have descriptions in English, so pick whatever sounds interesting to try. Part of life is trying new things. It's a adventure :)

You can always google how to pronounce something beforehand.

It depends, do you wanna pronounce it with an Italian accent? Then it鈥檚 gonna be hard 馃槄. But don鈥檛 worry about it , most English speakers don鈥檛 pronounce the dishes the correct way. So you鈥檒l be fine

the appetizer of bread dipped in olive oil and parmesan cheese is tasty and healthy because of the extra virgin olive oil. roast chicken breast with some pasta dish is good. so is lasagna. 馃巹
