Eat more than one burger at McDonalds and people think you’re a pig. But only eat one burger at a barbecue people keep offering you more.

“Here, try the ribs…” 🙂

I think two burgers rather than burger with fries is a closer fit to my needs when I'm hungry. People can think whatever they want. Thankfully I'm in pretty good health and hope to remain that way. I only eat food like McDonalds months or years between trips anyway.

@PhilDeep Actually, you may be better off with the fries. Skipping over the sugar in the bun, there are the gormones and antibiotics in the beef to consider.. The fries at least started life as a vegetable. But as long as your visits are infrequent you probably wont need to be fitted for a bra any time soon...😷

I'venever been afraid to eat
Heartlander · 80-89, M
You are so right everywhere else people are cautious about overeating, but at a BBQ restaurant it's the opposite.

Like start with a dozen+ wings, and then go on to the main course, plus a half-slab of ribs on the side. Just in case the burnt ends and the brisket and pound of fries and coleslaw aren't enough. Hmmmm. should we also get a half BBQ chicken to share, and maybe a full slab instead of a half?

@MrBrownstone I’d rather have the him cooked one to the McDonald’s one.
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
@LushMagic Your man's rib?
pancakeslam · 41-45, M
@MrBrownstone that's 1% actual pig
AmericanBroad · 31-35, FVIP
I’ve never been afraid to pig out
ArishMell · 70-79, M
I don't know why anyone who would eat even one burger in any of the Mactuckyburgerlotta chain outlets, unless perhaps desperate for a snack and nowhere better is open, but I reckon the barbeque ones would definitely me "more-ish"!
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
See I get that.. In fact one burger at McDonalds is enough punishment for anyone just to use a clean bathroom.. God knows you dont go for the food.😷
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
That's so true! If I bought two Big Macs, everyone would think I'm a pig, but a a BBQ there is no limit to acceptable eating.
soulshadow · 36-40, M
What you got against ribs?
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@soulshadow McDonalds can even ruin them..😷

Yeah fuck em all. You just can't win, but who the fuck wants to live forever. Oh a couple extra years and for what? To get cancer? Or get hit by a fucking bus. Be happy.
ArishMell · 70-79, M
It's all right, I won't call you a "pig" in McD_'s.... "daft" perhaps!

Well, I would not see you as I don't use the places! :-)

I’m not sure about that people order way more than just a single burger meal at McDonald’s these days.
Adogslife · 61-69, M
McDonalds isn’t food. They’re just trying to save you. 😉
LushMagic · 46-50, F
@Adogslife It can be a decent hangover cure.
DoubleRings · 51-55, F
Or people think you are greedy and gluttonous, especially if you’re not thin.
Can you really eat more than one burger at the time at McD?
fenomen02 · 41-45, M
...that's because they need a new "pig" to start a new bbq session! 🤣
Tres13 · 51-55, M
