What’s a dish that you recently took a liking to?

Breakfast casserole

That's a traditional Greek thing haha , I also love a bit of olive oil sprinkled on freshly baked bread and when I was a kid I'd sprinkle some sugar on top too. Amazing

Not really a specific dish, but there are 3 things I like now that I didn't like before.

1. Avocadoes
2. Mangoes
3. Spicy foods

[b]Not recently[/b] (most of those are air-fryer recipes). But I have been a fan of Tzatziki Sauce (Greek) for many years, I was first introduced to it by a friend of mine that was a Navy cook and aspiring chef that had just returned from a couple of years in Greece. Yeah, that's good! Especially with nice bread. I don't eat bread often though unfortunately. Recently, I'm a bit obsessed with making poke. Shrimp, red cabbage, radish and corn on sticky rice with a spicy mayo.

My bf introduced me to smashed avocado with lemon juice and salt- I cannot get enough of it.

That's something that I've always liked - though I've never had it with grated Parmesan added.

I tried a fiesty feta dip and that was good 😭

Yes, sautéed shredded brussel sprouts, with hickory smoked light tuna. Sounds weird, but it’s surprisingly good. And for me, no glucose spikes ! (I’m diabetic)

I try a lot of different dishes all the time so it's rare for me to get something new. You should try bacon wrapped asparagus with balsamic vinegar sauce and grated parmesan, it goes well with steak and potatoes.
