What’s a dish that you recently took a liking to?

Olive oil & balsamic vinegar bread dip 🤤 And it tastes even better when you sprinkle a little grated Parmesan cheese in the sauce (inspired by an Italian friend’s recipe).

That's a traditional Greek thing haha , I also love a bit of olive oil sprinkled on freshly baked bread and when I was a kid I'd sprinkle some sugar on top too. Amazing
