I made Bangers and Mash for my bf and he laughed at the name until I told them why they're called that 😆

Edit: I'm not British but I may as well be- my grandmother was English/Scottish and made this for me when I was a kid. 🥰

I mash the potatoes with leeks and wholegrain mustard. And a little butter. No gravy required 🙂

Got to have gravy. I've never heard of just sausages and dry mashed potato 🤢
