It’s very hard to say because I never met any salad that I did not like but this time of year in the Southern US, a well crafted Southern Macaroni Salad is Culinary Heaven, same with a superbly made Potato Salad.

Why? Because this is outdoor BBQ season and if you don’t have these, and delicious ones, well we just think you just moved here and may God, bless your little heart! Hahahahaha!😂😂🤣🤣

I just want arugula and green leaf lettuce.

Mixed salad with cucumber, feta cheese, corn, bell pepper, onion, chili, tomato, maybe a little ginger and/or mango depending on the salad, chicken and sometimes pasta and/or egg.

Anything that's interesting... Grapes and shredded apple, Retta and olives... Even a little bit of chilli can can be nice...
