Authentic tacos with corn tortilla, carne asada, cilantro, onion, salsa, and lime juice are simple and excellent. Burritos are harder to get right--the ingredients can be unevenly distributed, too much meat, falling apart, but if done right, a really good burrito trumps tacos.

Chicken tacos burritos are good though I just really have to be in the mood for them. I’m like rarely in the mood for them even though they’re so good but tacos I’m in the mood always if they’re made well and there’s an amazing variety of toppings. 🥴
