Authentic tacos with corn tortilla, carne asada, cilantro, onion, salsa, and lime juice are simple and excellent. Burritos are harder to get right--the ingredients can be unevenly distributed, too much meat, falling apart, but if done right, a really good burrito trumps tacos.
