Pay off everyone's bills.

Invest. Start a business. Land. Rentals. Something dealing with staples. Something trending.

Travel and enjoy.

Retire.
@Umile I've always wanted to flip houses.
Umile · 41-45, F
@Spoiledbrat I've heard that it's very lucrative. Nmh.

Unlike most spoil my grandkids even more
AlchemyFox · 36-40, F
Give most of it away. Buy lots of land, have a farm, help people and animals. Save enough for my son to be good. Take proper care of myself.
GunFinger · F
Help people, travel the world and make my family happy.

Search out the best doctors in the world.
Iwillwait · M
Start up a few investment portfolios that would use their earnings to help Churches grow, St. Jude, Mercy Ships, & Scholarship programs.
Umile · 41-45, F
@Iwillwait 👌
Disappear with my partner and tell very few people why but tell no one where we've gone.
FloorGenAdm · 51-55, M
Start a war...then they'd give me MORE billions of dollars!
Musicman · 61-69, M
I would take $5 million and invest it in dividend paying stocks. That would give me a $250k income while keeping the full billion intact. Then I would clean up the bills, put a new roof on the house, new tires on the motorhome, service the motorhome and have it detailed. Then I would hit the road for a couple of months. 😎

Anyone remember the old TV show “The Millionaire”?
RenFur · 70-79, M
@SageWanderer

A million WAS a million then
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
@RenFur I always said if the lottery gods smiled on me then my ex would get one million on the condition she never contact me again or pay it back. Knowing she’d blow right through it she would have been indebted for the rest of her life.
RenFur · 70-79, M
@SageWanderer

What you just said reminded me of an excellent piece of fiction in a old old Playboy magazine. It was a 3 wishes story with a twist - - whatever you wished for, your worst enemy would get double. Well, the guy thought it through and finally hit upon just the right wish that would be perfect for him but a nightmare for his enemy (but, I forget exactly what that wish was). It involved lust and romance, though. I think he asked for just enough sex to keep himself happy. The other guy most likely couldn't handle it.

Too much of a good thing 🤭😁

I would open a few "kitchens" around my city and feed hungry children after school when they get off of their school busses.
I would take donations and food supplies to keep them going.
Invest some, give some to family, and donate to charity. The rest, I'll enjoy!
BLP11520 · 61-69, M
Help a lot of people and for myself eat better food
Umile · 41-45, F
@BLP11520 nice
I would quit my job. Open a dog sanctuary. Garden. Travel to my dream vacation. Buy a new home near forests or mountains and by dome water. I would donate to a horse rescue. Give money to friends who really needed an easier life. Pay off my jeep. Do some more charity ventures. Visit some of my EP friends and one from SW. Invest. Live without worrying about bills again. Like heat and hydro.
wackidywack · 22-25
move, start a business, and maybe work on the side too
Lilymoon · F
Give half of it away
Lilyb · 22-25, F
@Lilymoon you'd have more "friends" and "relatives" than you'd know what to with!
Lilymoon · F
@Lilyb oh yeah for sure. I'mma give half to animal shelters 🥺
I'd give some to family and buy a house.
I would buy your love.
eventtemple123 · 22-25, M
Build an off the grid house that's made to last several hundred years, and record a music album 100% analog with the best tools ever created.
LifeIsShort · 31-35, M
Honestly I can't think of anything I could do with a billion.

I will probably donate 90% percentage of it.
Spumoni · 46-50, M
Pay off house
Buy a new car, nothing remotely fancy
Offer my kids paid college
Donate the rest to St Jude
Billions?
Set up trust funds for family and worthy causes.
2ndtimeguy · 61-69, M
I have no idea!!
empanadas · 31-35, M
Give half to charities and causes. The other 480million, buy a home to family and friends that need a place to stay..also pay off their bills.

Save 20 million for my immediate family to live well
Hanginginthere · 31-35, M
buy a house, a car, travel, save some and then give the rest away
Buy a yacht and use it to take under privileged kids out to whale watch, start a REAL program to help the homeless, reject government money and use investments to pay for it, and not claim it on taxes.
MarineBob · 56-60, M
@NativePortlander1970 raise a dollar per year and spend it, non profits requure a lot of paperwork
@MarineBob I'll have lawyers and CPAs doing all that for me.
