I might've started watching younger than that, I have had dreams where I was in matches like an evening gown match with Melina and wet and wild match with Stacy Keibler. Lol

@WendyLopez43 I still remember when Jerry Lawler dubbed Stacy's fans the Kiebler Elves.

I never liked professional wrestling, but the behind the stories have always intrigued me, for some reason. I really enjoy the documentary series Dark Side of the Ring.

Back in '99, I'd have been right there. I was buying every pay-per-view, watching every show on basic cable and network TV. I knew the name of every wrestler, what side he was on that week, and I was coming up with better catchphrases than they were coming up with on the TV.
I'm still a little disappointed that when the Undertaker was in his "I demand respect!" storyline, I was the only one who ever came up with, "Respect has to be earned, Taker."

its entertainment for sure, however I think it would be even better if it wasn't so scripted all the time
I was the only kid in my group home in the late 80's that didn't bother watching it.

@NativePortlander1970 I grew up during the "Attitude Era" in the late 90's-early 2000s, where EVERYONE was watching it. Even my parents would sit down and watch a little bit.
@Rose0415 The same was going on during the 80's after Rocky III when Hulka Mania started
