Didn’t do much. Just finished a late lunch and about to head back home. What did you do? Here’s a casual look for a change. Sorry I’ve been absent as of late. Life’s been hectic.
The weekend has been pretty chill. I did a bit of writing, downloaded a few movies to watch and now I'm just waiting on a delicious turkey dinner, which I'll have tomorrow for Canadian Thanksgiving.
I volunteered at a horse rescue, hung out at my friends shop drinking and smoking cigars, worked out, went for a motorcycle ride and went to a three hour yoga retreat and sat in a circle opening up about loss and family, and then we did some yin yoga as the instructor came around and gave every one supportive massages as she guided us in a meditation.
Sunday: I did an elliptical workout for an hour and 15 minutes. Showered. Drove to the east side of a nearby city for a scenic quick 2 mile walk. Got some stuff at Whole Foods Came home and watched football Had roast beef and potatoes for dinner Back to football. Cincy v “NY” Giants.
My weekend was pretty damn good. Cooked some good food. Bought some necessary items. Hit a couple of good workouts clean the house got things ready for the week now I'm just chilling the f*** out screwing around on SW and watching Roku
