I got one forya - who was almost cast as the final Stooge?

Ted H was never a Stooge. The act was called Ted Healy and His Stooges.

Also, who was Kenneth Lackey?
HumanEarth · 56-60, F
John Your right and and right on both accounts. But without Ted, they may not be any stooges at all

Humphry Osmond
MougyWolf · 36-40, M
@Wiseacre he was a British born Canadian psychiatrist who lead research into the therapeutic application of psilocybin mushrooms and LSD in the 50's out of a clinic in Winnipeg, he is the first person who coined the term 'psychedelic', and he collaborated with Aldous Huxley, the author of the book Doors of Perception. It is also noted that Osmond wrote the very clever quote "To fathom hell or soar angelic, just take a pinch of psychedelic" Heh.. fascinating guy, I would love to have a conversation with him while he was alive, or from beyond the grave somehow.
God bless him!
