I am sad and miserable and lost and just don't know what to do anymore messed up everything with the one that I am in love with and can't stand not seeing or talking to her I think about her every day my whole life has been derailed and I am stuck and can't seem to climb up out of this rut i am going down hill fast and trying to stay away from old habits and my old life and the group that I used to run with it's hard but i am doing my best to stand strong and not give in or go back to the old life style that i once lived.

That's a hard place to be in.

First you have to date long enough to figure that you are both compatible and well adjusted enough to raise kids. Then you have to actually try to have kids and once they're here you have to try raising them and balance work, which could be an issue.

Also men in their thirties are usually looking at women in their twenties so you might have to look at men in their forties and fifties. However men that age likely already have kids and don't want anymore.

I don't know where you are from but more and more American men are increasingly less likely to settle down. Many good men are married, some have taken themselves off the market completely (a growing trend of men preferring their friends and games over women and relationships), and those that remain are either unappealing to women altogether or f-boys that have no intentions of settling down.

It's a lot to think about.

I'm just sad that I have no one I can spend time with and care about, and talk to and watch TV and cuddle up on the sofa and all the awesome stuff that comes with being a couple.
