if parents were allowed to have only 2 children, would you exist?

Probably not since I wasn't supposed to be born to begin with.

I am my father's only child though. Just not my mother's only child.

There is the hole in that situation.

Mom actually had six kids and two of them died, with two miscarriages. It's the miscarriages is why I wasn't supposed to be born.

If this includes our Grandparents then no. Dad was the youngest of 16 kids.

@LaurenRae And they all had 6-8 kids each. And when Nanna Mary passed away the tally of her kids, grandkids, great grand kids and great great grand kids came to 213.

@Thevy29 HOLY MOLY
@Thevy29 I was only thinking in terms of my generation, but I guess I wouldn’t exist, either. My mother was the seventh of 10 children, and her father was the last of 15.

Yes, I would...I'm the second child of 2 second children.
The only way I wouldn't exist in that scenario would be if that rule applied to Italy in the 19th century....as one of my grandfathers was the sixth child in his family.

Yes because both my natural parents only had me

Not sure. I am told I am the 1st.
Yes, I'd be the cut off.

No, I'm the youngest of three 😰
Yes, but only because I was born first. 3 siblings followed. 😅
No
I wasn't supposed to exist in the first place

Idk, but how would they police that like who goes around counting peoples children? Would the oligarchs get to have more than 2?
