So sad im here if you need to talk

InHeaven · F
Offer money. Buy it out. No one says no to money ever...
TheDisciplinarian · 61-69, M
@InHeaven increases im referring to are

When one thinks they may or likely can get money from one they're bullying....often said bully will either take said m9ney and Not give Agreed items and or deside to up the amount of money

They Already show a Lack of doing whats Right
(Perhaps even legally wrong in Not turning over asses to the Birth mom)
Who is to say..Money will Resolve the cituation
And Result in the Birth mom being given her deseased childs ashes

I Simply find both the ex as well as ex's mom Not likely to Accept money to change their mind and finally do the Right (& what i think is Likely denying the natural mom..is Illegal..& i fail to understand how this can't be forced to do as shold be by the local police )
InHeaven · F
There is no increase@TheDisciplinarian if you meet up and exchange right there ashes for money on the spot. Its done
TheDisciplinarian · 61-69, M
@InHeaven i hear you
If done that way..
I Too would so chose it

Over and Done

A Terrible and Shameful happening though..so Sad
Gusman · 61-69, M
That is so sad.
I do not understand why lawyers are saying they can do nothing.
Ask the Funeral home for advice. There must have been written correspondence regarding who will take possession.
The person entitled to receive the ashes is the person who obtained the permit for the cremation.
Have you that documentation?

Why not appeal to your ex boyfriend?
chloemom84 · 36-40, F
@Gusman he wont talk to me and as for funeral home she was still born full term the county cremated her for me
Gusman · 61-69, M
@chloemom84 Then explain the situation and appeal to the county.
What a sad and strange state of affairs.
Ask them why that lady was given the ashes. Who made that legal decision.
SW-User
Man let that shit go. They’re dead. It’s Ashes. Just my opinion.
TheDisciplinarian · 61-69, M
@SW-User I DisAgree
So likely would YOU if it was your still born
SW-User
@TheDisciplinarian You don’t know me or what I’ve been through well enough to speak to me that way.
TheDisciplinarian · 61-69, M
@SW-User You've No idea what I've been through either
Confined · 56-60, M
I would sue her, then sue her again and again and again and again...the cost will add up for her and drain her resources. If it was me, I would use legal and illegal means to achieve my goals.
TheDisciplinarian · 61-69, M
@Confined Agreed..
Though being Very Causious regarding Illegal methods
Confined · 56-60, M
@TheDisciplinarian I would try not to. But I would make it clear I would be willing to.....
TheDisciplinarian · 61-69, M
@Confined People like that
Sense One's Unwillingness to sue from the start
That they will Simply be able to walk over you

So..i Sue..if they settle Properly..then fine
Mondays · F
Seems to me you are the only one with legal right to the remains you or ex. They are using this to torment you. Someone else said use money. That is a great idea but a sad one. Ask them how much and see what they say.
TheDisciplinarian · 61-69, M
@Mondays thats a Bad road to go down
Money will keep increasing and Never will obtain what y
They already refuse to give up
HappyCamper74 · 46-50, M
That's sad. It's a shame u lost ur daughter in the first place. Your ex bf's mother should have no right to her ashes or belongings. I'm sorry for ur troubles.
chloemom84 · 36-40, F
Yes and the day i left her son got violent with me cause he was using i had to leave fast i had to start my life over with nothing
TheDisciplinarian · 61-69, M
@chloemom84 Beyond Sad
A Pitiful ex and ex mother and Law
Jonjdw · 46-50, M
Why is she doing this? Why she have the ashes?

I take it you must’ve lived with her and her son
SW-User
That’s terrible of them! Not even willing to give you half?
smileylovesgaming · 31-35, F
Why would u want them after 8 year's
chloemom84 · 36-40, F
@smileylovesgaming she is my daughter who wouldnt thats why ive been figting for her for 8 yrs
TheDisciplinarian · 61-69, M
@chloemom84 if was i in this Cituation
I would Sue her..
Obtain an Excellent Attorney
Go to the Media..Put it on FB..shame them for Dening your Rights
Heck..bring it to 20/20 and or 60 minutes

I Hope You get back what should of been in your possession All this time
REMsleep · 41-45, F
The easiest way is to offer her something that she wants in exchange. ..Money??
If you believe in God pray about this. Ask God to move her heart or her hands in this matter before you make contact with her again.

Can you get back close to your ex so that he can let you into the house?
How does she even have your baby's ashes?
So sorry for this.
