How to get my daughters ashes

Hi everyone i have been fighting for 8 yrs to get my daughters ashes and belongings from my ex boyfriends mother she kept saying she would send her to me or just attacking me in texts ive tried lawyers they all say they cant help me im totally at a loss and now ive found she has given one of my baby girls outfits away so i told her i want my daughter now but she said dont f with her and i need to shoo i just need to know what i must do im such a wreck with all this
