If you have any idea of the people that are paying him under the table ring and let them know of your predicament and if you can get some photographic evidence or some video evidence to back your case things may improve , fingers crossed

Involve the IRS and also get a judgment against him followed up by baliffs. No payment, prison. He'll care about that

hello, i actually work in that department and nothing you can do , the only thing, which wont help you at the moment.. but we can tap into any federal monies like income tax . CPP and old age..it does suck but there is no way to collect money when they work under the table...

Get the Tax Dept involved, they'll be interested in catching under the table payments

Eventually they could arrest him. A lady I worked with had her ex husband arrested after years of not paying child support. He was doing the same thing working under the table to prevent getting his child support checks being garnished.

If he's getting paid under the table there's probably nothing you can do. He can just claim he is jobless and destitute.
