How do I get child support from a man who only works under the table JUST so he can avoid paying child support?

I've had DCSS on this for years and still, nothing. There is a court order, but he doesn't care...

Eventually they could arrest him. A lady I worked with had her ex husband arrested after years of not paying child support. He was doing the same thing working under the table to prevent getting his child support checks being garnished.

@LindaM not right away but it might make him want to pay her so he doesn't end up in jail again, or not but there isn't a lot that can be done when someone is trying to buck the system other than take the legal route.
