How do I get child support from a man who only works under the table JUST so he can avoid paying child support?

I've had DCSS on this for years and still, nothing. There is a court order, but he doesn't care...

Involve the IRS and also get a judgment against him followed up by baliffs. No payment, prison. He'll care about that

@SW-User I don't know if it's the same in other states but if he owes $15,000 or more it's a felony and he can go to prison for it.

@cherokeepatti I also heard they take your license away... But he still drives around... He owes over $26,000
