How do I get child support from a man who only works under the table JUST so he can avoid paying child support?

I've had DCSS on this for years and still, nothing. There is a court order, but he doesn't care...

@SW-User just because a dad does not pay child support does not mean he does not love his child ..there are lots of reasons why they dont pay or cant pay..
