How do I get child support from a man who only works under the table JUST so he can avoid paying child support?
I've had DCSS on this for years and still, nothing. There is a court order, but he doesn't care...

If he's getting paid under the table there's probably nothing you can do. He can just claim he is jobless and destitute.
