He may well be ambidextrous. able to use both hands equally well.
Is his writing the same with both hands? Do not allow the teacher to attempt to get him to use only one hand for writing. It might be natural for him.

@Gusman no I won't. I think she was just curious if he did the same. I'll have to have him write something with both hands and see what one is better but no one is trying to encourage him to use one hand or the other. And it might be fun to let him try writing with his feet lol

This is quite normal. I write with my right hand and eat with my left. The kids at school always asked why I always eat with my left hand and I never paid much attention to them. There are times I do pick up certain items on the floor with my right foot.

@Baybreeze it wasn't a bad email she just wondered what he did at home. She doesn't want to change a thing and I don't want to risk his hands getting mad at each other lol 😆. This child has a sweet mind and heart for sure

My brother who was probably L handed became ambidextrous cos all the sports equipment etc was for right handers
