My sister is clueless, naive and ignorant of her situation
My sister is 22 and got arrested in late February for driving stoned. It's bad but understandable thing to get caught up in. Society has just started treating it like driving drunk, but whatever it happened and she got probation.
Just a month into it she got arrested at the end of April for missing her probation meeting, during her arrest they found ecstasy and she failed a drug test. So she's being charged with theee probation violations and a possession charge.
The poor girl actually thinks she's getting out of jail after her upcoming court date. She's potentially getting a year by screwing up so early in probation and a possession charge on a second offense.
She's completely delusional and I'm scared how she's going to react when realty hits her in court. I tried explaining during my probation i violated once and got four months she going in with three violations at once and a possession charge on top of it.
