Girls by far!

Guys are like cats, you just let them go and when they get hungry they come back home.

Girls are like dogs, you have to watch them and care for them constantly physically, to keep them safe, in bounds, and emotionally stable, if you want to stay connected and even come close to living at peace.

We both know it's far more complicated, but I like to keep it simple ...lol

That's not that far off from real life. Actually that's almost spot on with some bent turns along the way.

@laurieluvsit I agree, so far most of my friends have gone through the same.

Although i am supper blessed, my daughter has been an amazingn girl to raise. All my family and friends praise her manners and maturity.

I have 4 girls and a boy none of them are grown yet but between my almost 11 year old girl and almost 10 year old boy I’d say my son has been easier overall but both boys and girls have their moments of difficulty

Raised one of each.......they BOTH have their challenges. I honestly can't say one was harder than the other. Both knew how to press my buttons and took great delight in mashing them hard. They have both grown up to be adults that I am extremely proud of.
Tough environment to raise kids in today, but I'd say boys are generally easier. Truly blessed w the two we raised and the young men they are today.

@BrandNewMan good job
@WoWgirll Best one I ever had

@BrandNewMan understand

Maybe my boys tbh. My girls were really independent and easy going. My boys were physically exhausting. People always look at me and say there’s no way you had 5 kids. I say I have three boys; No time to eat or sleep

@Chiefjustice both my girls were busy learning and playing musical instruments but my younger daughter was heavily into Rugby when she got into highschool
Jenny1234 · 56-60, F
@Chiefjustice I agree about the bullying being worse for girls. My oldest daughter was bullied a lot in elementary and junior high.
Chiefjustice · 46-50, M
@Jenny1234 good morning!
This is really bad, i dont understand as to why that happens, where do parents, educators and system fail our kids. To both protect and teach and build their character do not be a bully. As some of these tendencies are life long specially with those are always insecure about themselves.

My son is already grown and that was a piece of cake. We will wait and see now. My daughter turns 13 next month. She's a different breed, lol.
SlippingAway · 46-50, F
I am guessing girls because my son was such a good kid. It was easy, he's a good man. He never gave me much trouble even as a baby.
2ndtimeguy · 61-69, M
I just had daughters seemed like it was scary what they would be like when they got older but the did fine despite having me as a dad!
WillaKissing · 56-60, M
I raised a son and a daughter; from my experience my son was infinitely harder to raise than my daughter.
FreeSpirit1 · 51-55, F
I never raised a girl. just a son. but being a young daughter once... id say a son is easier 😉

HowtoDestroyAngels · 46-50, M
@SunshineGirl great! My daughter turns 13 next month. I can't wait!
SunshineGirl · 36-40, F
@HowtoDestroyAngels It happens slowly, but surely. Our 15 year old is just reaching peak teen (we hope . . )
HumanEarth · F
Never expected that answer 🤣🤣🤣

That threw me off for a bit
@HumanEarth I know a rodent breeder whose also raised their own non-rodent children; rodents are definitely harder to raise, and I've seen the proof.

I used to have gerbils, mice and rats for pets. Their work
