Mindfulness

The final countdown by Europe.
I went to a Welsh language school and we did a school Eisteddfod every year, it was mandatory to take part in some way.

I joined the whistle choir, yes it's exactly what it sounds like, and the song we whistled as our intro was the final countdown.

We were awful, but somehow came first.
Whenever I hear that song, I immediately have to fight that urge to whistle.
