a quick google image search shows that this ultrasound pic is fake, and was used in a 2015 case to falsely claim a pregnancy. The fact that you are using this to claim a triplet pregnancy is asinine, and completely disrespectful to all women who wish they could get pregnant but cant. I hope whoever you are using this against finds out the truth.
