Without question there are more people who label as offensive anything they disagree with if they hear it being expressed.

Freedom of speech includes the rest of society, like it or not. There is an much larger element in current society who cannot abide that.

@BrandNewMan I find many things I hear in the workplace inappropriate, offensive and damaging to my career prospects. However, for most of my working life I have had to put up with them in silence.
