Depends on how one defines the toppings...

But for me, sauce and cheese are a MUST! (some areas have pizza with just sauce, no cheese).

After that, I prefer a spicy sausage or something spicy. Pepperoni works too, but I prefer some spicy sausages.

Then after spicy, something zesty, like banana pepper rings, or jalapenos or bell pepper

Some Canadian bacon is nice as well

Margherita pizza is really my favorite when it's good, otherwise Pepperoni and/or mushrooms...and sometimes White Pizza for a change...

I'm a fan of pepperoni. Turkey pepperoni is indistinguishable from the real thing if somebody doesn't eat the piggy.

Another favorite of mine is barbecued chicken pizza. Instead of tomato sauce, cover the crust with barbecue sauce, then a layer of Italian cheese, then your chicken. You can also marinate the chicken in the barbecue sauce beforehand if you want extra barbecue flavor, but in my experience, the barbecue can take over the whole taste of the pizza if you aren't careful.

I like meaty pizzas. Don’t like onion or olives on them. Pretty much anything else goes.
