Today I’m hosting a family lunch, what’s your favourite pizza topping?

I love when the house is full and I’m too busy to think about anything else.

I'm a fan of pepperoni. Turkey pepperoni is indistinguishable from the real thing if somebody doesn't eat the piggy.

Another favorite of mine is barbecued chicken pizza. Instead of tomato sauce, cover the crust with barbecue sauce, then a layer of Italian cheese, then your chicken. You can also marinate the chicken in the barbecue sauce beforehand if you want extra barbecue flavor, but in my experience, the barbecue can take over the whole taste of the pizza if you aren't careful.
@LordShadowfire I’ve never seen turkey pepperoni, that sounds tasty

@Notladylike It really is. I can't tell the difference between it and regular pepperoni, and it's healthier.
@LordShadowfire I doubt we can get it here in Australia. We don’t seem to get many turkey products available. Except a bird to roast around Christmas time.
@LordShadowfire Turkey pepperoni? What is it made out of?
@Notladylike I was surprised to hear that a lot more food comes out of Turkey than I realized, like a ton of honey is the one that I remember.

@sstronaut Well, obviously, the main ingredient is turkey instead of pork, and I think they just spice it the same way. 99% of the flavor you associate with pepperoni is just the spices and the cooking process. The main thing you'll notice if you notice anything is that turkey pepperoni is less greasy.
@LordShadowfire oh lol 🤣😂 I was thinking Turkey Pepperoni as Pepperoni that comes from the country of Turkey 🤣😂

Not the animal Turkey 🤣 🦃

Yeah, sounds like I might love Turkey Pepperoni then

@sstronaut You actually would. It's got all the things you've come to love about pepperoni without all the unhealthy stuff.

Well, mostly. It's still full of sodium, lol.
