Thaks for the prayers. The power in our neighborhood just came back on at 9:30 p.m. We had power all day since we have a generator, and our neighbors were going to use our freezer if the power hadn't come back on. The Internet was down until a few minutes ago.

@WintaTheAngle You need to change your quote since the Houston area is more like a swamp than a desert. Houston is the "Bayou City." Still, if people can't deal with hurricanes and tropical storms, they probably need to relocate.
