Please pray for the people in Texas. 🙏🙏🙏

According to Google a million people are without electricity due to hurricane Beryl. Tomorrow is supposed to be 99 degrees fahrenheit in Houston. No electricity means no air conditioning or refrigeration.

Thaks for the prayers. The power in our neighborhood just came back on at 9:30 p.m. We had power all day since we have a generator, and our neighbors were going to use our freezer if the power hadn't come back on. The Internet was down until a few minutes ago.

@Musicman I never said they didn't have electricians. If I was in that position, I don't think "prayers" would do anything for me or my family. If you want both, fine. I'd just be happy with the electricians.

@WintaTheAngle You need to change your quote since the Houston area is more like a swamp than a desert. Houston is the "Bayou City." Still, if people can't deal with hurricanes and tropical storms, they probably need to relocate.
