I'm just gonna hurt for a bit and that's okay

I'm trying to remind myself of this, and just recognize the good things I can give to someone.

When the bad thoughts creep in and crush my heart, I try to push them away with good thoughts. I still can't sleep cause my anxiety is ...very present haha.

Sorry for being so whiny.

I'll just feel the hurt and remember I am feeling it because I am alive.

Deep breath... chin, up... You are VERY much alive!! Your heart... is uncrushable!! (...or at the very least: crush-resistant.)

Anxiety will always suck.... but I've been reading your stuff for long enough to know that you are indeed strong enough!! 🤗😊😎

And never apologize for saying how you feel. (...and for the record: it didn't sound THAT whiny)

Well hey at least it's not spiders :)
I need to have like 3-4 significant things to do in my life or I start going into a negative place, I found the best medicine apart from therapy is to keep busy and keep momentum.

It’s good to acknowledge both the bad and the good, it seems like you’re dealing with it the best you can, so that’s all you can do. Keep going and it’ll soon get much better 🙂
