I'm just gonna hurt for a bit and that's okay

I'm trying to remind myself of this, and just recognize the good things I can give to someone.

When the bad thoughts creep in and crush my heart, I try to push them away with good thoughts. I still can't sleep cause my anxiety is ...very present haha.

Sorry for being so whiny.

I'll just feel the hurt and remember I am feeling it because I am alive.

Well hey at least it's not spiders :)
I need to have like 3-4 significant things to do in my life or I start going into a negative place, I found the best medicine apart from therapy is to keep busy and keep momentum.

@Ryannnnnn totally. Keeping busy is so key. I think the sense of accomplishment really helps build me up again 💙
