I'm just gonna hurt for a bit and that's okay

I'm trying to remind myself of this, and just recognize the good things I can give to someone.

When the bad thoughts creep in and crush my heart, I try to push them away with good thoughts. I still can't sleep cause my anxiety is ...very present haha.

Sorry for being so whiny.

I'll just feel the hurt and remember I am feeling it because I am alive.

It’s good to acknowledge both the bad and the good, it seems like you’re dealing with it the best you can, so that’s all you can do. Keep going and it’ll soon get much better 🙂
