No, because many of the wealthiest are more skilled at hoarding capital than creating wealth. I think the reset would make people focus more on general wellbeing than individual gain.

It's easier to live off the proceeds of other people's hard work and enterprise by simply taking the dividends from your parents' investments than it is to create, maintain and grow a successful business yourself.
