What would happen if all wealth and assets were reset for everyone every 10 years?

Do you think the same people that are on top now would end up on top again?

No, because many of the wealthiest are more skilled at hoarding capital than creating wealth. I think the reset would make people focus more on general wellbeing than individual gain.
