What do you do if a disoriented naked woman shows up at your door mumbling about being lost in your forest/

I know I gotta call the professionals, but can't I at least try some of my own therapies for a short bit first. Clothe her, feed her, let her talk her head off and basically just be there for her...yeah I guess I gotta call someone

I remember when I was a kid and we lived on the edge of town, a teenage girl showed up at our door asking for help. Her shirt was torn, and she told my mother that her date had done something. I was too young to understand. So my father drove her home after my mother gave her a sweater to wear.

Well I would offer her a blanket to cover herself, call the police because she definitely be tripping.
I live in a city nowhere near a forest.
