What do you do if a disoriented naked woman shows up at your door mumbling about being lost in your forest/

I know I gotta call the professionals, but can't I at least try some of my own therapies for a short bit first. Clothe her, feed her, let her talk her head off and basically just be there for her...yeah I guess I gotta call someone
