When you need inspiration what do you do?

My pic is a bit of a giveaway. I grew up on former RAF war time bases. And each one has its legends. Mostly of young men aged between 18 and 23 just trying to do their job in the face of extreme danger night after night for years.

Compared to them, celebrities and superheros all seem very boring.

I go on here sometimes and learn from others. Seeing others prosper over hardships helps sometimes.

I talk to my soulmate. I don't care what i need he always has the answer. I've never met anyone like him.

I go talk to my son. He's a tiny ball of positive energy and it always does the trick

I watch D1 wrestling on the elliptical with a high energy playlist. It preps my mind while I’m getting cardio in and planning fight offense in my head.

I try to find stories or people who are going through something similar and gain insight from them.

Go to water, talk to my kids, do a craft, call an auntie.

Nature and/or activity in nature. To be away from humans.

Listen to classical music.

Read.
Hike.
Swim.
Whatever feels right.
