Does anyone else have nightmares very often?

I have them ever so often. I had sleep paralysis one day because of it. In the dream something came out of my bathroom and jumped on my chest as i was lying on my back in bed and i couldn't move. It had me pent down. I started saying the lords prayer and that this is a house of God over and over and then it finally hopped up off me and ran back into the restroom and slammed the door behind it. The sound of the door slamming woke me up.

I have them. I know it. I just don't remember them

Ive had night terrors majority of my life the only time that they stopped was when i was with my fiance

Yes. My wife thinks I’m possessed or reliving how I died in a past life. It’s just dreams that all.

I've been having them more lately. I'm always thankful when I wake up and realize it was just a dream.

How do you deal with reality? I fight my fight in nightmares.... Thrilling, disappointing.

not nightmares, just really weird bizarre dreams that make no sense. LOL
