Does anyone else have nightmares very often?

I have them ever so often. I had sleep paralysis one day because of it. In the dream something came out of my bathroom and jumped on my chest as i was lying on my back in bed and i couldn't move. It had me pent down. I started saying the lords prayer and that this is a house of God over and over and then it finally hopped up off me and ran back into the restroom and slammed the door behind it. The sound of the door slamming woke me up.
