What are your experiences with hypocritical people?

I think everyone is a hypocrite (to a point), some moreso than others

I find the more a person leans extreme left or right, or towards religious fanaticism the more Hypercritical and judgmental of other's they become.

I have always said live your life how you see best to live it, do not harm others, and make peace with whatever you believe in leaving others alone.

It's a skill everyone I know excels at

I encounter them everyday ffs.

I stay away from them

Most of them.

I guess we all have .... hypocritical ways.

But, dang.

I won't steal and then go to church.

Or gossip so harshly about a person then smile at them.

Well, to be fair, they never said they were good.

Milk and oil don't mix.

I don't worry about it. I surround myself with people I trust. If they're dishonest or flaky they get put in other buckets or I just don't have anything to do with them.

I’m not sure. Ignorance is a big thing and hypocrisy sometimes stems from that. But I draw a distinction if it’s willful or not.

But intentional hypocrites are far more rare.

They're all over, daily life as online. You can find one most places. The question is how much value will you give them?

Unless, it's causing me a problem I need to solve it's one of the many things I just let go

They need to practice what they preach

Less common after I left my church. I do have conflicted feelings so I know I’m sometimes guilty.
